Modern Hypnotherapy

I’ve been a nail biter and cuticle picker since I was 9-years-old. I tried to quit over and over again and nothing worked. Hypnotherapy was suggested to me… and to say I was skeptical is an understatement… but I met with Jenn and the process was fascinating. In my first session, we talked all about how the mind works. She asked a lot of questions and truly made me think about when and why the habit started, and what feelings it gave me. I stopped biting my nails after the first session. This was almost a year ago and I have been able to maintain clean, healthy nails and hands for the first time in my whole adult life. I so enjoyed the process that I continue to see Jenn for other things I want to work on… I’ve used it to manage food cravings, build up my self esteem, and to help me communicate better with my partner. Jenn is incredibly smart, kind, positive, and importantly I feel safe with her. It’s been life changing and all my friends want referrals now.

HypnoBirthing with Jenn has been fantastic! She is able to tailor hypnosis to my specific needs and address my concerns about pregnancy, labor, and being a first time mom. This has greatly reduced my overall anxiety and stress. Jenn also leaves you with natural methods and exercises you can do to help you achieve the labor experience you desire. I highly recommend.

I’ve always been afraid of public speaking and unfortunately it is a key aspect of my job. In just one session with Jenn, I started to feel less anxiety and more confidence when presenting in front of my colleagues. I’m looking forward to future sessions.
