Four to five years ago I went to Intentional Hypnosis (James) for help to eat better, exercise regularly, give up sugar and lighten my carb intake, and increase motivation to complete tasks and increase my self esteem. Life interfered with too many stresses for my mind to handle the task of listening regularly to the hypnosis recordings James customized for me. Fast forward to this past 2023 year where I finally could not endure the verbal abuse and stress from my manager at my many-years job. I had no choice but to do something to improve my mind and my life, so I committed to daily listening to the recordings and fast-walk exercise 30 minutes every single day that James had created for me. Immediately I ate better and found myself WANTING to exercise daily; I lost 38 pounds within 5 months and eat organic, low carb and high protein food. My self-esteem has shot through the roof and I no longer work for the narcissist! I am not done with my journey, but I am now a warrior for loving myself and taking appropriate care of those around me. I am enjoying life and taking time to do things neglected for decades.
