ROYAL LIFE CENTERS AT SPOKANE HEIGHTS REVIEWS

Royal is by far the best center I have been to. It’s very nice and clean inside. They have a cook that makes all the meals and the food is fantastic. It’s not a can or can’t do this environment, sure there are rules but not like other places. The best part is the staff. Not once did I see someone who wasn’t happy to be doing their job. They greet you by your name and ask how you are. All genuine really good people and the groups are engaging and keep your attention. They just don’t read and talk the entire time. They look for your feedback. I felt like I met a new family there. Like I could express myself and so did everyone else. I would highly recommend Royal over any of those other facilities. Thank you all so much.

My Experience, @ Royal has been wonderful. I can guarantee that if you follow there advice, and take your sobriety seriously. The people @ Royal have the experience, knowledge and heart felt caring, that is so needed. Most of the counselors have been through recovery at some point so they're remaining sober with our help, is very important, it really is a reciprocal relationship. So come to Royal and keep the staff here sober.

This treatment facility has been amazing for me. The staff is incredible and the food is absolutely amazing. The staff are able to work on things that are happening on the outside so that you’re able to focus on yourself and your recovery. Highly recommend and definitely saved my life.

IDEAL OPTION REVIEWS

I have been going to Ideal Option in Spokane, WA for three years. I have received amazing care, individualized for my situation as it has evolved over the last couple years. I can’t recommend the location in north Spokane enough. The in-person provider I tend to see is Vern, and he is amazing. I have had nothing but positive interaction with him, and he is great at letting me know that my treatment plan is mine; he knows the ins and outs of MAT and recovery. All of my questions and concerns have been answered thoroughly, and honestly, it’s never just a “text-book answer”. Again, I recommend Ideal Option to anyone who MAT could benefit, and if you get the pleasure to work with Vern, as well as all of the other providers, you will be well taken care of! I would like to add that the rest of the staff have always been amazing, personable, and are there because they clearly love helping people. Thank you to everyone at the north Spokane location.

Ideal Options saved my life! Truly has been a great experience. Ive never encountered a problem. I would highly recommend Ideal Options to those of you who are wanting to take your life back! I have never been just a name but truly treated as family. They have loved me until I was able to love myself. They have encouraged me and built me up until I believed it myself. They have educated me on my disease that is addiction, helped me discover why I have done the things I have, and pushed me to embrace the recovery journey so that I could be able to reach my full potential. They have helped me create a life that is worth living today. Today I am involved in my children’s lives, I am a leader with influence, and I LOVE MY LIFE; all because of the loving members of the SFRC family and their willingness to help me exactly where I was when I walked through their doors.

SFRC has been the greatest decision I've ever made. My perspective on life, self esteem, confidence and family life at home have been enhanced and restored. I feel alive again, actually more than I've ever been. The owners and staff are great, kind and truly caring. It's like a family. The support given at SFRC is molded to the individual. There aren't two approaches that are the same. Highly recommend coming here if you're in need of help. You won't regret it!
