I don't even know where to begin in the review. First thing I want to say is that I researched and read about this form of therapy for almost a year but there was a part of me that was hesitant maybe a little skeptical. I found Jonathan on yelp and he had great reviews. Being a Counselor myself; I know that a person has to be willing, open-minded, & truly want to change in order for it to happen. Clear goals need to be set. What I can say now after 4 sessions is that the mood in my home seems lighter. I am more tolerant. It's been a pleasant and welcomed change. My relationship with my son has improved and he is also doing better in school. I originally signed up for 6 sessions up front and I'm so glad that I did. I highly recommend you look at Jonathan's website. Look at his extensive list of goals and see if you find anything on that list that you would like to work on and give it a try.

Jonathan treats my 14 year old daughter and myself and I've seen more of an improvement in our anxiety than with the years of therapy that we've had. He is generous with his time and explains everything well. We both have a comfortable connection with him. Now my mom is also going to him as well.
