My hypnosis with Jeremy has had a profound impact on my mental health & well-being. I’ve struggled with anxiety my entire life, and even though I’d done a lot of work in talk therapy and through other modalities I was still hitting a wall with my frequent panic attacks. I had 3 sessions with Jeremy, all of which he was incredibly engaged, receptive and soothing.
