My first time dealing with Hypnotherapy and Patrick did a great job in helping with my doubts. My first session went great and I would recommend them for your first time into Hypnotherapy.

Pat and June are amazing. I was experiencing extreme anxiety after the Thomas Fire that raged through my hometown. My dreams were filled with fire and my sense of security was gone, overnight. Months later, I decided to visit Pat at Pothier Hypnotherapy and in a single session I was back to my pre-fire self. I was able to sleep and enjoy life as I did before the major event. I have had several sessions with Pat as it relates to anxiety, depression and grief. It was an absolutely amazing beneficial experience for me. Pat and June absolutely go above and beyond and I absolutely trust them with my frailties. They are both available any time I have needed to reach out unscheduled and highly recommend them. In addition they are both huge contributors to the community, its absolutely amazing how much they do. Truly amazing people with effective treatment.
