This program is different than anything I’ve ever tried in the past. For the first time in a long time I have hope that it’s something that will be long lasting instead of losing and gaining back like usual. The office makes you feel comfortable and at home unlike the cold bland doctors offices you go to. The staff are very warm and supportive knowing it’s a vulnerable thing to be going in every week or every other week to help you with your body image. Kathy is very intelligent and really takes the time to make sure you get to your goals. She is genuine and passionate about what she does. She is constantly modifying your medication if needed and walking with you to make sure you are losing the weight and that it’s a lifestyle change. She causes you to become knowledgeable and mindful like never before. I’m forever grateful that I found Kathy and her program because she is changing my life and giving me hope and joy in an area that I was about to give up on.

I would like to take a couple minutes to tell you about a program that I'm been on it Weightless health center, in the city of Camarillo. When I just joined, I met a lady by the name of Kathy she's helping me out so much. She stood by me. Through the program she told me that for my snacks I can have ice cream and I thought she was crazy because I'm diabetic but she was correct since I've been in the program my diabetes have lowered and just recently my doctor told me that it's going very good and keep up the good work. Since I've been on the program, I have felt so good about myself because I've always been a heavy person. Thank you so much Kathy.

Weigh Less Health Center has been fantastic to work with and very accommodating. They create something that works around the individual and they are always cheerful and friendly. I have used Lindora three times to lose 15 or less pounds. Seemed simple enough as the first weight issue was directly related to a medical surgical accident. Everyone felt bad about the 18 months it took to restore my health but bluntly Kaiser let me down about my healthy weight restoration. Lindora worked for me however the last time it was boring.
