I recently tore my Achilles tendon and post surgery came to Spine and Sport to start my rehab journey. My PT, Canaan, has been nothing but extraordinary to his attention to detail and care along with his expert ability to continue to monitor my progress cater to the specific needs of my Achilles and as a result after going for the last 4 weeks have made progress ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Canaan as a PT if you are unfortunately in a position of pain and recovery he help you back on your feet.

Jim is extremely knowledgeable as a physical therapist, and shows genuine concern for his patients’ care. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, as are each one of the physical therapy aides. And I really appreciate that the office almost always runs on time. I’ve never had a negative experience at Performance Therapy.

This place has provided me with excellent relief for my hand and wrist. Jim is so professional and efficient. My swelling has gone down and I feel good.

I have been going to Larry Brown for years for various elements and every time he has helped me. My latest was for back pain that I got an MRI on and after seeing him a few times I feel 100%. He really knows the human body and he knows how to make it better. Highly recommend seeing him. His staff is fantastic also. They take care of all your insurance, easily schedule your appointments and are completely organized.

I have been going to Coast Physical Therapy for various injuries for the past many years. The staff, the equipment, the facilities are excellent. The therapists work with you 100% of the time without shoving you off to someone who has very little training and/or experience! The office is pristine with nothing out of place. It is a pleasure to be seen by Coast Physical Therapy.

Coast PT has been so important in recovering from two different injuries that I have had. They are always professional and welcoming when I arrive or call to make appointments. Larry has been helping me recover from a ruptured bicep tendon and his gentle, yet firm touch has been helping me progress each week.
