Hi Jean this is Allie. We just got done with my session for Bird Phobia. I just wanted to tell you that Kevin took me down to Virginia Lake, I walked around and there are birds everywhere and I didn't even flinch. I think we're still kind of in shock, but we can't thank you enough for giving us this new vision in life and we hope to be using your services again. As a medical student facing extreme stress and pressure studying for the Board exams, I decided to try hypnotherapy with Jeanne. I had been living with crippling test anxiety and self-doubt. I felt embarrassed to acknowledge this, but Jeanne helped me accept these emotions and worked with me to conquer my fears. After four sessions I saw a huge difference in my life. I was able to sleep, I was able to relax and most importantly, I was able to feel human again. I had never reached out for help, and I am so glad that I found Jeanne. I feel a true sense of calm and I have noticed that I am doing much better on exams and that I am more confident. Thank you Jeanne for helping me with my extreem needle phobia. After my second session with you, I left your office and walked into the vaccination clinic with no trepidation. I sat and waited (in the past I might have bolted out of there) about 15 minutes for my turn. I walked into the room and received the needle. No passing out and no hyperventilation or anything negative before or after. I am very thankful to you for getting me to this point and my wife is extremely grateful.
