For over 15+ years, I’ve been a patient of Dr. B, and it all started when I initially went in for safety glasses through a program my company offered. Having previously undergone laser surgery to correct an RK procedure from 10-15 years prior, it was time for a routine exam. Despite my loyalty to my previous doctor, I decided to give Dr. B a try. He recommended contacts, as they would better suit my needs than glasses. I've probably gone through around 100 trials of contact and he still keeps trying. I recently had surgery in LA and I'm having trouble with it again, and Dr B. is once again trying to help. I know I may not be the easiest patient; I might even be a challenge. But Dr. B has always greeted me with a warm smile and a steadfast commitment, never once showing signs of giving up. Here we are, over 15 years later, and his dedication remains as strong as ever. Amy and Myra have been equally remarkable. Amy’s kindness and cheerful nature always create a welcoming environment, making every visit feel personal and positive. Myra stands out for her compassion and genuine care. They both go above and beyond, taking the time to explain things clearly and ensuring I feel comfortable and well-informed. Their attention to detail and consistent support makes all the difference. Allison has also been an incredible part of this journey, always attentive and professional. I have absolute faith in this team, and I am deeply grateful for their ongoing support. Thank you so much.

Having never done an eye exam before I was really nervous going into my appointment but my technician, Myra, was very thorough and easy to work with. I felt that Dr. Bolenbaker explained everything to me to help me understand what was going on with my eyes and vision. I highly recommend this location. I really thank you for your time and expertise!.

If it was possible I would give this clinic a 100 star review. I came in as an out of state, walk in, uninsured patient with a scratch on my cornea. The entire team was so welcoming and helpful to me through out my multiple visits. Dr. Rowan in particular provided exceptional care. He made sure he answered all of my questions, made time in his busy schedule to make sure he saw me for three consecutive days to ensure my eye was healing properly. I cannot thank the team at Mayberry Vision enough for ensuring I got the quality care I needed. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Was recommended to Dr. Rowan and his team for a full eye exam. The process was efficient and everyone was super friendly. The front desk paperwork was quick, his assistant took care of me right away and I saw Dr. Rowan within 15 minutes of showing up for my appointment. He was very thoughtful in the level of care and explaining the entire process and what the results meant. He also clearly laid out my options and what he thought was my best course. I will always use Mayberry Vision from now on and highly recommend them!.

Yesterday was my 1st visit in the office and everything was great! My appointment was on-time, the staff was amazing the Dr. Dan was thorough, detailed and very informative. Happy to find my new eye doctor! They are awesome!.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Dr Mariah Smith and her team! Yesterday I had to go through extensive testing for a potential issue. My eyes are very important to me. I don’t just trust anyone for the care of my eyes. Dr Mariah explains things so well. Fortunately, the area she had concern about, is not an issue presently. As she was walking me out, to schedule another appointment, we were laughing. I value her genuineness. I drive across town just to see her. I feel like I’m in good hands.

Reno Family Eye Care is fantastic! Alex was professional and fun during the preliminary exam and Alley was helpful and honest when helping me pick glasses and figuring out what the insurance would pay. Thanks for a great experience!.
