My spouse and I shopped" around for an immigration attorney in the Portland area. Not knowing much about Diana Bailey's firm, we took a chance and chose her office. We were a bit familiar from seeing her TV commercials. From the beginning, we were treated professionally and courteously. We met with Diana on the first visit, and then were assigned to one of her staff for our residency process to begin. Through every step of the process, we were in good hands. There were times that we felt like throwing up our arms and giving up, but Bailey kept us informed, prepared, and gave us a level of comfort that kept us going. When we got our waiver and then ultimately the appointment date, Miguel guided us through every single step; every single detail. He had us so prepared for the trip to Ciudad Juarez, that it seemed effortless. Now, granted, the process is not that easy. It involves a TON of patience and diligence to prepare for a somewhat stressful process, but without Bailey and Miguel, we feel that it would have been a lot more difficult to achieve our dream.
