MELANIE MARMION - FITZWATER LAW REVIEWS
I would highly recommend Fitzwater Law. We worked with Melanie Marmion. She is extremely knowledgable, efficient and through. She was able to help us navigate and understand how best to handle some complex issue with our trust. She is also very personable, and explained things clearly so that we felt comfortable with our estate plan. We feel fortunate to have worked with her.
We've been working with Melanie Marmion and can't say enough good things about her! She's competent, intelligent, patient (thank you, Melanie, for putting up with us) and good at what she does. So glad we found her and her team to help us with estate planning. No one likes to do this but she's helped us every step of the way.
When I asked our financial advisors for lawyers who create Special Needs Trusts, they gave me three names. All three of them referred me to Melanie Marmion. Melanie helped us understand how this kind of trust works and what we need to do to assure it meets the needs of our child. We worked remotely for the most part which was efficient and helpful. Melanie is responsive, proactive, and understanding even when we made changes after the trust was signed. I know we can follow up with questions or changes as time passes. We appreciate her expertise and the work she has done for us and our family.

GARVIN REITER - LAW OFFICES OF NAY & FRIEDENBERG LLC REVIEWS
I would highly recommend this firm, this is not your run of the mill law firm. After my son was involved in a serious motorcycle accident as a adult I had no say so in his care as he was not able to make his own decisions, this group of great people got me legal guardianship of my son in 48 hrs, this was over five years ago and they continue to work with legal guardianship issues with our son, I can say for sure there is no other firm that has the compassion and drive for their clients. Truly caring and very professional.
We used Garvin Reiter at Nay & Friedenberg last year after we'd finally convinced our elderly parents that they needed to do some estate planning. Garvin was great. He explained our options in a very straightforward way, and was particularly patient with our parents. He was also very upfront about the charges associated with setting up a trust, writing a will, etc. After our visit, he and his staff were very responsive to our followup questions. Highly recommended.
Garvin at Nay and Friedenberg was invaluable in the process of applying for Medicaid for my father who suffers from dementia. My family and I are very grateful for both his knowledge and his support during that very stressful time. I encourage anyone in the same position to seek him out.
