"Dr. Steven M. Meltzer received his medical degree from the University of Southern California and completed his residency at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles after his internship. Dr. Meltzer completed his fellowship at Kaiser Foundation Hospital. He has been serving as the Director of Pediatric Allergy at Miller Children’s Hospital and was the Chairman of Pediatric Medical Education. He is known for his work as the Lead Medical Advisor for the Starbright Asthma Educational CD-ROM game. In addition, Dr. Meltzer is a former President of the California Society of Allergy and Immunology and served as the Regional Governor for California to the AAAAI. Dr. Meltzer has conducted numerous clinical drug trials and has published several articles in major journals. Currently, he practices at Modena Allergy + Asthma.

So thorough. Listens well even though he has a hearing impairment. His office staff were so gracious with me being late and still accommodating. Dr. Meltzer also was so thoughtful to describe the research and evidence behind why he would or would not make recommendations. This is particularly helpful with our 7 month old baby who is having many allergic reactions and severe eczema and we have received so many competing advice and recommendations from different friends, doctors, dermatologists, etc. so I was so thankful Dr Meltzer explained why the evidence and research backs whether he would or would not recommend something.

I've been seeing Dr. Meltzer since I was a child for my allergies and asthma, and he is a wonderfully kind and patient person. In my experience, the staff are polite and professional. I will be sad when I have to switch doctors someday when I'm older!

Just started going to this doctor. My daughter has severe allergies and she is anaphylactic to nuts. Dr. Metzler is very caring and compassionate. He's a Great doctor.

This is God sent place. Dr Randhawa is an excellent doctor. The staff is awesome!! My 2 grand kids are patients here. They are doing so wonderful especially the 2 1/2 year old as he has 17 allergies that he is anaphylactic to. We have been doing this program for 2 years and they both are doing so great. Thank you for being here.

I am fortunate to have found Dr. Randhawa as a pulmonologist for my son. He got my son decannulated successfully where other doctors had failed from CHLA and UCLA!

We had our first appointment and were very impressed by the whole process. Everyone was helpful, great with kids and very skilled. We look forward to our journey toward food freedom!

Very professional and makes you feel at ease at the same time. He has gotten very busy due to that, though I have improved dramatically after seeing him!

The staff at Allergy, Asthma Respiratory Care Medical Center has been amazing—always caring, accommodating, and flexible with our schedule. My daughter’s allergies and eczema have improved dramatically, and she finally feels like a regular kid who can play outside without discomfort. We are so grateful for their excellent care.

The allergy asthma team has been wonderful and a great staff, I been coming here for years to get my allergy shot. Shout to the whole team for taking care of me.
