A Taste of Nepal in Westminster, CO!!! While on a trip through Colorado, I found myself craving authentic Nepali cuisine, and this restaurant delivered! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth by the owner, who was delightful to chat with about his business. The food truly impressed. Every dish tasted fresh and flavorful, satisfying my craving for traditional Nepali food. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's ambiance was perfect for both family meals and gatherings with friends. For anyone in Westminster, CO, seeking an authentic Nepali or Indian culinary experience, I highly recommend this spot. You won't be disappointed!

If you have never tried excellent Indian food, I highly suggest this place as a place to start! There are many good choices on this menu, my personal favorite is their chicken korma, the perfect blend of cashews, raisins, and coconut lips this dish to a new height of flavor! I have tasted korma and plenty of restaurants, but this one definitely takes the cake! The owner is not one that stands around and does nothing, he is someone who takes an actual interest in his guests to make sure that they have enjoyed their meal! A place definitely worth visiting!

This place truly earns the rating. We got chicken mushroom, goat curry, chole bhature (chickpea curry with puffy fried bread), naan and chai. Each item was one of the best we've had, especially in the north Denver/Boulder areas. The service was attentive and quick.

I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the early 2000s probably around 2001 and was so delighted and ecstatic to see that they had a buffet for lunch. That was a great price! Back then it was $11.95 today. It's $15.95 which is still a great price! The duel of India has one of the best Indian food buffets I have found in the city and surrounding areas of the Denver metro area! I've tried restaurants in Aurora, Littleton, Denver, Lakewood, Englewood, etc. + the Jewel of India has the best selection. Everything from their mint chutney to dandoori chicken straight from the tandoori oven, their bosmati rice, but the other rice that includes saffron, green beans, carrots. And of course the desserts of the donut balls in the syrup. The yogurt, fruit and rice pudding! Definitely worth the drive and the price is wonderful. Oh and plenty of naan to soak up all the juices. I like to eat it with the Saag!!!.

We love Jewel of India, and missed it so much during the lockdown. When they finally reopened, we were so excited, until we discovered they didn't have the buffet anymore. That was NOT good news. But some time ago, the buffet returned. It's back, and as good as ever!.

Went for lunch, the buffet was full and well stocked, food was tasty! The dining area is decorated nice as well. Excellent for a buffet lunch!

Absolutely phenomenal! Yak & Yeti is a hidden gem in Westminster. The flavors are bold, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. Every dish we tried was packed with spices and cooked to perfection — especially the chicken and shrimp korma, which were both rich and flavorful without being overwhelming. The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure we felt right at home. The ambiance is fun and inviting, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special nights out. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving truly authentic Indian cuisine. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We especially love getting dinner at Y&Y when it’s cold and wintry out, but it’s a great place to go all year round! So happy they opened up the buffet weeknights. Pretty much every buffet tray is highly crave worthy and keeps us coming back. The dessert is particularly delish, you must have the carrot pudding and fried banana balls. Staff is super friendly and I love that the restaurant is fairly quiet, you can actually have a conversation! Babita is a super sweet server and we love saying hi to her each time we go.

Yak and Yeti has authentic and delicious flavor! Attention was wonderful. Very peaceful and relax place to eat indian/Nepalese food!
