The Geico insurance agent was very helpful, friendly, thorough and business appropriate. He responded quickly and included me in the email sent to the mortgage company. I use Geico for auto, motorcycle, renters and now home owners insurance. I've never had a bad experience.

Would highly recommend, staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions! Melissa is my favorite, never had an issue and any questions I had she’s answered them quickly and accurately. Michelle makes everything so quick and easy.

My experience with this specific State Farm has been phenomenal!!!! Anytime I’ve had issues with small little things or needed to change something they’ve been right there, did it within an hour or 2! Caroline has a phenomenal team! Specifically Jennifer she helped me just today! She told me what she was gonna do and had it done within the hour! Emma helped me not to long ago and she went out of her way to send me a reminder to do something days later! That’s customer service at its FINEST! If you need insurance, call them 1000% they’ll get you the best they can do! There’s much more that I could say but we’d be here all day, so if you need insurance call them.

Spoke with Jennifer today in Caroline’s office and she was so helpful with a claim we had to file. Went through our coverages and what to expect. So glad to be able to understand the process a little better.

Caroline and her team are absolute lifesavers! They make me feel like family and always put my needs first. Working with them to change from my old agency, during renewals and accidents, has been a breeze. I highly recommend them - I’ll never leave their side.
