I can’t say thank you enough to Carmena with Evernest Property Management. She goes above & beyond her call of duty. Not only was she prompt with all her correspondence she’s also very compassionate. I dealt with a health crisis and when I felt certain I’d be asked to leave my apt. she made it to where I could stay. Good company , phenomenal property manager !

I’m a perspective tenant working with Tamara. So far they have been very polite. Answered all of my questions. And even told me what i need to do as far as my credit to be an eligible tenant. The homes I’ve viewed are nice & in the area I want to live. Customer service has been great!

Carmena is very friendly and kind. It is because of her that many issues were resolved for my husband and I. We really appreciate your exceptional customer service and your person-focused solutions.

Derek our technician is very knowledgeable in his trade and A very skilled technician. He completed our work order like a ture professional and was a very respectful in and around our home. We've live here for 5 years and every time we need to place a work order we always get awesome technician to get the job done.

My house recently moved from Evernest to Freedom ventures property management. The difference is like night and day. Freedom ventures are incredibly fast to respond and answer the phone to help with any problem you may have. I had some plumbing problems. While under the management of Evernest I had seen 9+ different plumbing companies come and check out the problem without ever fixing it. Finally instead of fixing the problem they find a cheap work around the poured sewage into my yard. Freedom ventures found a plumber and fixed the problem with one phone call and 3 days.

I am happy to say I finally found a really good property management company that is good for out of state real estate investors. Amy Morrow at Freedom Ventures property management really understood my concerns and helped me get my rental property up and going. She responds quickly to my emails and is always reachable. I recommend them to any in state or out of state real estate investors to manage your property.

Freedom Ventures are a great company to rent from. They are always a phone call away and are happy to address and solve any issues, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a rental property.
