I can’t say enough good things about Robert McDougall- State Farm. I switched to them about seven years ago and it was one of the best things I ever did. Robert and his staff really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure that you understand everything about your policy. Having a local agent that you can stop in and talk to, or call and they know you changes everything. They look out for your best interest and help you figure out the best options and why certain things are going to be a better option for your policy. I was involved in a multi car accident, my car was totaled. Something like that is never easy, but have Robert and his team made it easier….much easier. They put my mind at ease as soon as I taped to them. They care and it shows. If you’re looking for new insurance, call this office you won’t be sorry. And one last thing I forgot to mention is when I did switch to them several years ago. I also saved a lot of money and got a much better policy. Great office, Great service, Great staff. My 'agent' Erin is soo nice to interact with! Every time I contact her about changes to our policy due to sons switching vehicles, etc. she gets right to handling things. We've had Allstate insurance for eons, for vehicles and for home owners and haven't considered switching due to their wonderful customer service, even on claims, involving car accidents, house fire, etc.

The rates are as good as any but what keeps me as a loyal customer is the fact that the representative especially Erin is so helpful and polite. She is always so polite and resolves any issue I may have very quickly. I appreciate it.
