I spoke with Jamecia Williams on the phone this evening. She was more than helpful. On top of my numerous different requests to check different policies, she was kind and polite. At the end of it all- which took almost an hour- she was able to save me more money. If I ever have to call back- i will ask for her !

Genaro was so amazing, helpful and extremely patient with me such an amazing guy. The civic office has found a gem with him. He is in debit to me for his help thank you! I must say is in need of a raise or promotion for his efforts today!

Genaro was very helpful, he helped me save $300 and that's a savings of $600 a year! Awesome guy, will recommend him to my friends and family! Come to freeway insurance on civic center

While there may be other insurance providers with cheaper policies, we choose to stick with Jade Yap’s office and State Farm because of their exceptional customer service, the way they make us feel valued, and their expertise and care. These are qualities that we can always count on from Jade and his office.

I’ve recently had the opportunity to work with Ramon and it was an excellent experience. My entire transaction was handled through text and email at my convenience. Ramon was very attentive, timely and patient. Although I am a new State Farm customer, if my interaction with Ramon and the Jade Yap Office is any indication of how they handle business, I highly recommend them.
