After applying for 4 houses it was a breath of fresh air to meet Michelle at priority. I felt my treatment during the previous application was a guilty until proven innocent situation. I felt like I was being treated like a problem instead of a potential tenant. The process was easy, Michelle provided everything that was needed at every steep and was quick with communication and help. It was nice being treated like a human while looking for housing.

After a nightmare tenant had to be evicted for non-payment, our rental property was trashed. Michelle and her team were able to get the property repaired, painted, cleaned up and rented again. The repairs were reasonable (in some cases way less than I thought), and were done quickly. It took so much stress off of me not having to worry about the details.
