Kim Holland - State Farm Insurance

I have been insured through State Farm for several years now, and have always had great service through Kim Holland’s office. Recently, I was in need of fast service that, thankfully, was able to be remedied over the phone in a matter of minutes. The Agent I spoke with, Karina G, was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and very nice! Karina is a very great communicator who had easy and insightful explanations of my necessities. Definitely a huge support in my time of need! Very grateful for your time, effort and service.

I don't usually leave reviews but if you are looking for car insurance swing buy or call this office! Ive been with them for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience with them. Ive been in person, over the phone and they are always super helpful and are more than willing to take their time with you to break down costs, insurance, and whatever you have questions on. Super friendly staff Jennifer, Makayla, Crystal, just to name a few. All have helped me over the years and I'm super grateful for their team!

I have been with other major insurance companies. One thing that really separate this agency from the rest is their culture of customer service and professionalism. Almost every Insurance promises a lower rate and best coverages, but what you don’t know is how they handle claims, support and assistance. I had multiple vandalism and an accident, but the process was smooth, quick and friendly. I’m really happy with everyone there. Special shout to Jennifer who calms me down every time I call for help.
