Kimberly Graves - Farmers Insurance

It feels good to write this review about Kimberly Graves, she has been my insurance agent for a long time now. I have my home owners insurance and car insurance with Farmers. Since I started working with her I have bought and sold several vehicles, my cars needed work done (windshield crack replacement etc.) and as a first time home owner I had lot of questions (what is and is not covered, premiums and deductibles and so on) about my policies. The most amazing things about Kimberly are her excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help her customers. Whenever I need to reach out to her, she is either readily available, or she would call me back (if I leave a voice mail) or respond to my email within hours if not minutes. Also, she is excellent in her subject matter expertise, it seems she always has the answers to my questions on top of her head. Overall I'm very happy with her being my agent, I'll highly recommend her for all of your insurance needs. Job well done Kimberly, keep up the good work!
