I just received a new laptop and was having issues getting my login to work. Jess called me immediately after receiving my ticket request via email and we were able to access and identify the issue within minutes. She also walked me through how to make sure that all the programs I needed were available on my new device and followed up with confirmation on access to the proper printer(s) etc. She went above and beyond excellent customer service to make sure I am prepared to work on my new device.

To nDataStor: I cannot say enough great things! Every employee who has taken on one of my tickets have been amazing. They're quick to respond and knowledgeable. One thing I love, how easy it is to get hold of them. Sometimes it's an URGENT matter and I am happy and relived to say they are always there. You can email, call, submit a ticket. Quick response time. They truly understand the importance of your job so there's always a sense of urgency with them. Every ticket always ends with a resolution same day.
