Started working with Thatch Computer Consulting when we moved to the Lansing area and our IT from our old location had trouble servicing us at a distance. The Thatch team was great at familiarizing themselves with our needs and then explaining things to us in a way in which we could understand. As a software consulting firm, we have worked with quite a lot of IT firms and unlike many we have worked with, the Thatch team doesn’t judge, they don’t try to push unnecessary services, and when something is urgent, they do their very best to make our needs a priority. We have recommended Thatch Computer Consulting to other customers of ours and will continue to do so.

Thatch Computer Consulting has been an absolute game-changer for our business. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, fast to respond, and genuinely cares about keeping our systems running smoothly.
