Excellent experience. I had what turned out to be a simple fix for my laptop, but I didn’t know that at the time. I was nervous that I’d be taken advantage of or that I’d be spoken down to. Plano TeamLogic IT completely exceeded my expectations. My administrative assistants' home PC apparently had been hacked. I met a TeamLogic employee in Plano, gave him the PC. A few hours later, I received a call the PC was cleaned and was back in the hands of my admin within the hour. Definitely 5-Star service!

I could not have been happier with the service that TeamLogic IT provided. They repaired my computer in a timely manner, at a VERY reasonable price, by an extremely professional and friendly staff. Absolute perfection. I highly recommend them!
