Team Logic is by far the BEST IT company we have used. They are responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Greg recently went above and beyond for us (which you don’t really expect these days). Their team is attentive and solution focused. Our equipment and network are secure thanks to them. We are beyond grateful for them.

We are a long-time client of TeamLogicIT. Greg and his team are wonderful to work with. They quickly respond to our service requests. I really enjoy our monthly recap meeting where Greg covers the service they have provided us and plans for upcoming service activities. These meetings help me understand status of my network and computers. I'm very happy with them.

Greg Torosian was extremely helpful in coming up with solutions for our office. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He is also very patient for those of us who don’t understand the techs stuff. He laid out the process and executed just how describe and even followed up to make sure everything was working. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and his team for a couple of months on joint projects. I can't speak highly enough about their dedication to clients, customers and overall IT needs. While I only spoke with Jeff in meeting, he was straight to the point and always had some great insight on how to move things forward. Anthony his SDM(Service Delivery Manager) is the IT genius you need when it counts. Very great service and teamwork with CMIT of Round Rock and I will recommend them to anyone needing MSP work in the future.

Our office had a crash on our NAS which contained all of our graphic design files for our clients. I called Jeff and within 2 hours he was out there taking a look at our hardware issues and got his team to sync our computers with our backups so we could continue working as normal. This was a way better experience than our last IT guys whom did not have our backups running correctly and caused us to loose countless files over time. Jeff's team at CMIT even had our newest files copied and ready to access instantly after our crash. We highly recommend the speed and efficiency of CMIT.

Jeff Floyd of CMIT Solutions is a foremost computer wizard,, bar none. He's helped me various ways, from over the phone by remoting in, to even coming to my house while I was on vacation, taking my PC (a Windows 10 machine) to his office to fix some internal issues, and re-turning it to my house prior to my return! He's even helped with my aging laptop, remotely. He's honest and his pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Jeff Floyd for your computer woes.
