We were very pleased with the service we received through K Group - Standard Computers when we ordered a new printer/copy machine. Scott was helpful in guiding us to what would be useful for our office, and was quick to answer all our questions. The installation went well and we are very pleased with our new machine! Due to a Windows update, a setting was changed on my laptop which made me unable to connect to the company server. In no time, a technician was able to remote into my workstation, restore a setting (which had been disabled) and give me access to my files so I could continue with my work day! Thank you.

Lucas and Bill at K group are consistently giving everyone at TerryTown RV amazing service. To be honest, I ask a lot of those guys and most of the time it’s a situation where I need a printer serviced or a new printer delivered ASAP. They always get it done. A lot of the time it’s the same day! If I order supplies from Lucas, they always show up. If I need tracking on an order, he has it. When it comes to servicing machines, Bill is the man! His knowledge is endless and my favorite part about him is he is no nonsense and straight to the point! (Don’t worry he’s friendly too, lol) That’s my favorite type of people to work with.
