Simple Helix

I have used at least 6 other hosting providers in the past and Simple Helix knocks spots off all the others I have used. I am consistently surprised and delighted by the speed of tech response - 24/7 support means exactly that. Staff go above and beyond the call of duty to resolve issues. I have little tech knowledge and they are extremely patient with my silly questions and always resolve the issue for me. I can't think of anything else to say except I would recommend Simple Helix 110% - seriously, this company is outstanding.

We here at 2B Solutions were initially a little apprehensive about moving our customer’s virtual servers, apps and data to a new data center, but after the Simple Helix team showed us their transition plan, we were impressed by the level of detail and data security our customers require and we expect. The migration was done in a day or so and went off without a hitch! We look forward to a long Simple Helix and 2B Solutions partnership mutually serving our customers.

Awesome customer support and technical team. I have 2 dedicated servers hosted with Simple Helix. I have used them for 5 years and the service and support is great. Fast, easy and a knowledgable team. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
