These guys are the best in RVA. We used to have to use two different companies for home and work: A strip mall repair place (now unfortunately defunct) to fix computers, help with WiFi, etc. Then we had a "business-only" oriented IT company that took care of the IT at our offices. We now work with Top Notch and they do a better job at BOTH! Really a one-stop shop for IT. Downsides would be they are not cheap and non-critical issues can take a while to book, as they are definitely a bit stretched (who isn't as of now) but not enough to take away a star. The lady on the phone is super nice, the staff is always super knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work with a smile! AAA++++

Technician Bradley was so helpful in helping me with getting my computer back working. I’m not so good with technology so it was great having a technician that not only fixed my problem but taught me how to avoid it in the future.

I appreciate Brad for giving me advice on how to move my data onto a new computer from my old one!! He was very specific and broke it down to me very simple!!! Great work Brad!
