My fiancé took me here for my birthday and we had such a lovely dinner. The service was accommodating and very friendly from the start. The food tasted great, and the atmosphere had a homey feel. If you love wine, they have an amazing selection. I would definitely come back for the reasonable prices and how great everything came out!.

Nice upscale Restaurant ordered a Tomahawk great Place for a date. Must go for anyone wanting to wine and dine. Make Reservation prior to arrival or your not getting in. Outstanding service Try going it’s worth the experience.Baller status only. One other thing missing is some music.

Likely the best restaurants in Midland/ Odessa we have been to. A must for upscale dining. Everything in the menu sounded amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful.

Took wife to this location for dinner. Ordered calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was not fresh and kind of blah! Seafood alfredo and shrimp carbonara were dry, like they skimped on the sauce. The absolute saving grace for this meal, foodwise, was the bread sticks, which were phenomenal! Service was good and establishment was clean. That's about all...

Stopped by and I had the best experience ever. Our waitress was so wonderful and she had the prettiest name ever. The food really hit the spot and there was no wait. Me and a friend really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Nat.

Our server was busy and had a lot of tables but was attentive and so pretty. She gave me extra olives and pepperonis (which we we're charged for) Thank you Kobie for the experience at Olive Garden.

RAY'S ITALIAN BISTRO REVIEWS

We are passing through Midland on vacation and we’re looking for something Italian. The garlic rolls were delicious and the dipping sauce offered the perfect amount of zing from the balsamic. We ordered the Special pizza with all the toppings. Crust was thin and lightly crisp, perfect to our liking. Plenty of toppings and cheese. Our daughter got the spaghetti with marinara. The sauce was the best consistency and clung to the noodles perfectly and wasn’t too sweet. Would be a regular if we were from the area.

An excellent place to go to eat and share with family, 100% service delicious food, I love Ray’s Not to mention the desserts, all excellent.

Delicious! This place is very nice. Our waitress, Maxine, was awesome! The bread is absolutely delicious.
