OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN RESTAURANT WEST VALLEY REVIEWS

Came here at around noon and it was pretty busy for lunchtime. Regardless, I was greeted, sat down immediately, and ordered. Everything was speedy, staff is very courteous, and the manager, Nikki, took time out of her day to speak with me to ensure I left happy. Kudos to Nikki & the bartender, Jonathan! Fantastic job in ensuring customers have a delightful experience.

Our server Cary gave us outstanding five-star service tonight! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick with drinks, orders, and refills--especially on our soups and salad! Cary truly went above and beyond to make our evening special.

Sarah was awesome on a Friday lunch. Food was great. Highly recommend.

SIRAGUSA'S TASTE OF ITALY REVIEWS

My husband wanted to try out a new restaurant and chose this place. I’m glad he did! The servers were kind, the scenery was cute and food was phenomenal! My favorite is the Italian Wedding soup and I’ll be thinking of it after I leave. Their recommendation to add just a bit of Parmesan and red pepper flakes was spot on. We got a peanut butter chocolate parfait for dessert. We will definitely be back for more.

The restaurant has a traditional Italian decoration with a partially open kitchen. We ordered 8 dishes, an appetizer, and a desert. All the food were amazing. They all came in large portions.

My wife and I enjoyed this food so much! Great value, great taste, friendly and attentive staff. Pleasantly surprised. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who likes Italian.

We have loved the Spaghetti Factory for many years. Very seldom has the food not been amazing. Our favorite is the "managers favorite" with half rich meat sauce and half mazithra cheese and browned butter. Sooo delicious we love the ambiance and the old vintage decor.

Very nice dinner and great service. The decor is old school but not outdated, the seats are very comfortable. It was busy but we were seated promptly. Sammie was very professional and kind! She was very helpful with the kids. This place is a great value, you get a lot more than most places including for the kids meals. The complimentary ice cream at the end is perfect.

Excellent service at Old Spaghetti Factory! Great decoration and setting. A lot of great options on the menu. I had Lobster & Crab Ravioli, my wife had Spinach Tortelini. The bread had a great crust, but the inside wasn't fully baked. The salad with blue cheese dressing was good, had a great amount of dressing, but the salad seemed small. And it's always enjoyable to have their traditional spumoni ice cream.
