RED LOTUS REVIEWS

I’m from California, now living in Texas and visiting Providence. Red Lotus is one of my very favorite restaurants. It was worth the two hour drive each way. Larry the chef/owner is a terrific host and has a great non-traditional Asian menu. Last night’s appetizer was shrimp stuffed jalapeños cooked tempura style. We could have ordered four of those and made that our dinner. For the entree, you can’t go wrong with the Peking Beef. My fav. No mater what I’ve had there, it has been pretty wonderful. A big plus is that staff are well trained and help each other with serving and picking up.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants. We ordered a few items and shared them. We started with the cold noodles with peanut sesame sauce. Wow, was this dish delicious and flavorful. We also ordered a couple of rolls: spring sunshine roll and spicy tuna. Both were really good. My favorite was the entree: Szechuan crispy beef. We also got a side of white rice. This dish is one of the best dishes I've eaten. So delicious and flavorful! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing. I will definitely be returning. This place is a must.

Red Lotus Restaurant in Shelton is a fantastic spot for delicious Asian cuisine. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their sushi is top-notch, and the entrees are well-portioned with great flavors. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures a great dining experience. If you’re in Shelton and craving quality Asian cuisine, Red Lotus is a must-visit.

Came here with my parents and family friends for a lunch. The sushi and sashimi were so fresh and delicious. I know, everywhere people say the fish is fresh when commenting on sashimi / sushi ... but it truly was!!! The menu is large and you will definitely find something that interests you. I prefer sashimi and they were perfectly portioned. My mom loved the miso soup with the lunch. The a la carte miso soup had a bit more add ins. It seems to be a well loved establishment - many people were dining on a mid week afternoon.

Momo's delivers exceptional quality with impressively fresh fish that speaks for itself—clean flavors, expertly prepared, and clearly top-tier. Service is prompt and efficient without feeling rushed, making for a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Given the quality, portions, and overall experience, the value is outstanding. A reliable go-to for sushi lovers seeking both excellence and efficiency.

MoMo was a great place to go both for fish and vegetarian sushi. Their sushi is the best vegetarian sushi I've ever had. It was creative and delicious; definitely not an afterthought. I especially enjoyed the vegetable roll and spicy tomato roll.

Good food for a great price! There is literally something for everyone, even my picky kids. Everything is included except soft drinks. Lots of seafood, which is my favorite. Forgot to photograph the food, but we ate so much. Dumplings, soups, prawns, breaded shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster, lo melon, California rolls, sushi, butter corn, chicken all kinds of ways, Chinese sweet bread, spare ribs, 6 kinds of ice cream, pudding, cakes, etc. Honestly, the list goes on and on. We were stuffed.

The hibachi grill has some awesome food nice and fresh so much food it's so hard to decide what you want to eat. They have Chinese food but also other varieties. We are huge fan of this place and we'll definitely be going back. I would recommend this place 100%.
