RED GINGER REVIEWS

I traveled in from out of town for work and found Red Ginger nearby on google maps. The restaurant staff was very nice and welcoming. The tuna lovers sushi and sashimi plate was very fresh and the portions were quite large for what you typically get from most sushi restaurants at the price. The owner was nice to converse with and made a very interesting blackberry brandy sake that was a real treat. Very friendly establishment in Cedar Rapids.

My first visit here was so impressive that I had to repeat it on the very next day. The Red Ginger roll was amazing! The flavors came together like a medley in my mouth. The Soho, and Hawaiian were also very good. The service was excellent. I can't wait to return when I visit Cedar Rapids.

This restaurant has very good food. Sushi was delicious, and so was all the food from the menu. Setting is very relaxing and quiet.

IZUMI SUSHI & HIBACHI CEDAR RAPIDS REVIEWS

This place was AMAZING! Food was great service was spectacular! We loved that they use pieces of paper to order each round. Our waiter was so kind and he even made my daughter a balloon dog which she LOVED! She had just done excellent at her gymnastics tournament and getting that balloon animal was really just the cherry on top of an amazing experience in Cedar Rapids! It was also very conveniently located in downtown. We were able to leave our car in a nearby parking ramp and walk there quickly from the Powerhouse Arena.

Outstanding! I was in the area and had a massive craving for sushi, and Izumi came recommended by a friend. Ordered myself a spider roll and along with a crispy crab roll, and I'd recommend both to anybody that was looking for a delicious Chefs Special roll. My only complaint would be that I wasn't able to dine in as I would have liked to see the restaurant itself and actually sit down to eat instead of having to get it delivered.

The best! Always good. Staff is polite, respectful and understanding. Save room for fried Oreos and ice cream.

My family and I have started coming every Saturday for their lunch specials. The service is always friendly and the sushi is top-notch, especially for the price. The building is an old supper club and it hasn’t changed in the last 30 years so eating there is a fun blast from the past.

Huge thanks to Coyles Hibachi Chef food truck for stopping by and feeding our team at European Motors today! The food was absolutely amazing, and the people were just as great. We appreciate you taking the time to serve us—can’t wait to have you back.

10/10 best sushi! The CR roll is to die for!! Their prices are amazing, employees are so nice, food truck & resteraunt are clean and their food is always fresh.
