3 Best Food Trucks in Cedar Rapids, IA

I was greeted by friendly workers outside as I walked up to the front door (wow- now THAT is how you make a good 1st impression on a 1st time customer!) Inside, service was so friendly and helpful. The two guys working the counter explained menu items and patiently helped me put together a fantastic take home order. Our food was incredible! So many delicious meats and sides! Everything is good here. (Small note: the cracked pepper put on the sides could be a little less to give dishes a more sweet than peppery taste. That's just my 2 cents) bottom line: Highly recommend this place.

Southern BBQ in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! Wow! What a delightful discovery! We met a young pit apprentice as we entered, Lokee, who was most hospitable and enthusiastic about their product. He made some excellent suggestions, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food! This was a hidden gem and we are thankful to have found it! The friendliness of the other staff we met and the cleanliness pushed the dining experience over the top! Thanks y'all!.

We had brisket, baby back ribs, pork belly and beef ribs. They were so tender, juicy and flavorful. Different sauces were also available. The baked beans is a must try, it was so good. We didn't get to try any potato side dish.

I’d like to start with their best product which is their eggrolls. I’ve never tried a better eggroll at a restaurant in my life. I’m not positive, but their sweet chili sauce is made in house and it taste amazing paired with their eggrolls. Their crab rangoons are nine out of 10 for their size and 9 1/2 out of 10 for their taste. They actually have crab meat in them and Green onions, which seems to be a dying thing for crab Rangoons. I tried there, chicken nuggets and they’re every bit is good as Chick-fil-A may be better but different. And I tried their spicy sweet sauce chicken dinner, which was as good as any Chinese food in the city. It was spicy enough to make my nose run, but not so spicy that it was stupid hot. The staff at this food truck are always friendly and engaging, always willing to please my every request. I wish they would open a permanent store someday.

Terrific food! We had the steak fried rice bowls, the portions were huge! We also got the steak tacos, chicken and steak bowl and the super yummy egg rolls!! They son and mom team were super friendly me hard working! The food was outside the Iowa brewing company when we came out of a basketball game at the YMCA! Thanks for wonderful food and a delightful experience! We will be back!.

Get the egg rolls and prepare yourselves for a journey. Don't question me, just do it. Best I have ever had without question. I can't begin to describe to you how far back these things put second best. Listen to this fat guy, this is where you will eat and be happy.
