I’ve been coming to this place for years. Highly recommend dining here. The ambience is super calm and chill. The service is very kind and friendly. They put so much quality and effort to making their rolls. And also if you do take out they make sure to go through your order with you to make sure everything is in there. And also their House Sriracha is sooooo good! Highly recommend dining here!!!

Small place, a little hidden. The location is behind the Panda Imperial. I believe it's only open for dinner after 5PM. This is a great hidden little spot, with possibly the best Ramen in town, in my opinion. Have great appetizers, sushi and other things on the menu. While It is my favorite ramen spot, I always advise everyone to just go try it without any expectations.

This place is shockingly good! I was surprised to find a Japanese place in Chula Vista that serves such amazing food. The ramen is the best I have ever had! The staff is very nice. Can’t wait to go back!

Great food. Ordered a bunch of items to try and they were all great. The salmon skin handroll had the most salmon skin I've ever had in a roll. The roasted garlic ramen was awesome. Service could be better, especially when needing drink refills, but other than that, it was a great place to eat.

Oh my, the Shogun Soul ramen is delicious. The boba is also nice - it's not too sweet. The pork cutlet was great. The katsu sauce was okay. The staff was on point with our requests. I like the atmosphere here. They have good air conditioning and a clean bathroom lol.

This review is long due for me. We love coming in here, Right now is consistently delicious always. Not crazy wisit times, Friendly familiar faces every time we come. This place is a must! Delicious! Sandy is always here to take care of us!

I’ve been dining here for years. I’m not a regular but I do come back once a year to introduce their exquisite cuisine to a close friend or family member. Their staff is always working hard to serve you as you deserve. They give you a warm welcome and are always polite to everyone. The food which is their key to success is top notch. It’s simple but delicious. Too many dishes to recommend but I love their soups and appetizers the most. I’m glad they have good business despite the pandemic and lack of staff, keep it up team! Arigat?.

A hidden gem in Chula Vista area! Felt very nostalgic coming in, greeted in a Japanese traditional way, and overall atmosphere took me back to when I lived in Japan growing up. We ordered the garlic Edamame, which was powdered in garlic & slightly fried and fried shumai. Felt like there was too much rice in the Teriyaki Bowl and Bento, but overall was chicken was seasoned with Teriyaki just right. The ramen, had to be one of the best ramen I’ve had out here in San Diego. This is definitely a spot I will be coming back for the Ramen.

Amazing food...home style feeling that I enjoy....food was served right out of the pan...warm...cozy feeling...I was surprised both chefs were cooking close so you could see them.. bar next to the chefs...food was appetizing and savory, very pleasant atmosphere..warm sake...yummy deserts ...what more could you ask for....thank you for serving us.
