SHOGUN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Everything was great with the exception of the lighting... 4th visit from out of state visiting. They're consistent regardless of the chef or host... Professional, courteous, and provided for a very entertaining and delicious dinner... Will be back for the 5th... Lighting... Personal peve... Not a fan of low lighting... Wasn't and isn't a deal breaker.

The Tappenyaki chef was really personable. We had our own chef because no one else was seated with us. He was very friendly and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. The food was good because he also does it for a living. Overall the experience was good. I have no complaints. They have large portions.

My son was inspired to cook like Hibachi. He has been practicing and getting ready to become a hibachi chef, and he comes every 2 weeks, and the food is so delicious I always get cravings to go to shogun.

Excellent experience. This cozy dinning spot definitely has above average taste and quality!!! The service was kind and quite friendly. Or food was delivered to the table quickly and affordable!!! Nice selection of beers too.

We decided to try this place after our favorite sushi place went downhill. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of the food. Great portions for the money and every one in the restaurant was very attentive. I have to say we now have a new favorite…Sushi R91.

Servers are very attentive and their menu is pretty decently priced. Food was brought out pretty quick.

I have updated the previous review as we have been at this place quite a lot already and it has become our favorite sashimi place!Yes, sashimi are top quality here! My husband and I come here often to enjoy sashimi combinations. So far we tried all combinations and some rolls, also ramen! Everything very very yummy!!!! exceeding expectations! On the photos you can see rainbow and vip roll, sashimi combinations and yellowtail cucumber roll. Besides, here they have fresh wasabi(from actual plant).

I was craving Ramen and came across this cute sushi restaurant near my home so I called in my order and the young lady recommended the black garlic tonkutsu Ramen. It was absolutely delicious and flavorful, 10/10. I also ordered a veggie tempura and it was also 10/10 in flavor and freshness. This will be my go to sushi and Ramen restaurant for sure, Great customer service and lovely atmosphere.

Enjoyed our lunch here. We ordered the vegetarian ramen with miso soup base and baked cheese salmon and they were both great. Our server, Katrina, was really friendly and attentive. We look forward to going back and trying other dishes.
