“Anjin is a Japanese Steakhouse located in a strip mall in Costa Mesa with a tiny restaurant; all booths have minimal seating. They can get cramped, but they have dividers between each booth so you can have some privacy with indoor seating and high ventilation so you won’t have to worry about smelling too much like BBQ. The menu includes soups, noodles, rice, beef, sake, soft drinks, and house wines. The meat quality is so good it almost has a sushi-like texture and just melts in your mouth. The Table Reservations were taken directly to the restaurant itself, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and patient with them while they were taking their orders. They accept credit cards for the customer's bills.”
