Kaedama has a simple menu, and all of the options are delicious. The ramen bowls at Kaedama are served with a marinated soft-boiled egg and finely cut scallions. The server will then bring you more noodles to finish up your broth! So there is no way you can leave this restaurant hungry. Dipping Ramen (Tsukemen) comes with concentrated pork miso broth, chili-lime noodles, scallions, chashu, uzumaki, nori seaweed, moyu, soft-boiled egg, and pork fluff. Very cozy spot with the best ramen I've had in El Paso! This was our first time there, and I was VERY impressed! The pork just melts in your mouth, the broth was superb, and the pork buns were amazing! I definitely recommend you give this place a try.

Be prepared to wait over an hour if you don't have a reservation, but the wait was well worth it. Best ramen I've had in a while, the taste is just indescribable. The waiters were very friendly, and you could see the cooks in action in the kitchen. I recommend.

First time trying this place out and I was very impressed. Place is small but we sat outside and had a quiet intimate dinner. I absolutely loved the thicc boi. I can't wait to go back. Oh I'm definitely going back for more!

I have been wanting to eat at this place for a long time. The place did not disappoint. The customer service gets a 10/10. There were only two people running the dining room, the register and the expediting. From seating us to getting us our drinks about 5 min passed. I had a lot of questions for our server and he explained everything I needed to know with patience. He made suggestions which were very good. He constantly checked on us without being pushy. The food was AMAZING, we were there only an hour before closing too. The place is small and not in any way fancy, but that kind of made part of the dive asthetic. This will be my go-to Japanese spot as long as it's open. I have nothing bad to say about the place. HIGHLY recommend.

The ONLY authentic Japanese in El Paso. The place is little hole in the wall vibe. The wait times may be a little longer and it is a small place that fills up fast. It is worth it. If you know authentic Japanese, this is as good as it gets.

Low key the best hidden gem in the heart of Northeast. Super authentic and not your average dining experience. Worth the wait and every minute. Super good and always the best cure. My favorite go-to is the spicy ramen and the black garlic and oil. So rich, tasty, and yummy, you can thank me later!

Delicious food and wonderful and friendly staff. The grill is the best seat in the house! Definitely has reasonably priced food. I would recommend calling ahead of time to reserve a spot at the grill. Definitely cannot wait to go again!.

Gotta request John or Micah! There are a few chefs that are extremely boring with a personality like a door knob...but John or Micah make the experience worth every penny. I frequently visit this place and have never been disappointed with either of the above recommended chefs!.

The food was excellent and the vibe and the entertainment are great. I highly recommend sitting by the grill so you can enjoy the chef preparing the food right in front of you.
