MIKUNI JAPANESE RESTAURANT & SUSHI BAR REVIEWS
great fish quality and selection of rolls. portion sizes always leave me full. the hosts and waiters are always polite and visit your table a good amount of times for check ups. most suitable for moderate sized groups of up to 4 imo. good deals for lunch and happy hour. always keeps me wanting to come back.
This was the second time I came to this Mikuni and both were takeout but the service was very good. My food came out faster then expected, the extras i.e. napkins, chopsticks and sauces were placed in my order. When I got home, and opened my container, my lobster roll looked really hoody and most of all tasted amazing. This is definitely my go to spot.
Great place. Highly recommend it. A little loud because of the music and everyone around you (especially large party/family) is talking loud, but everyone seems happy, so it's not always a bad thing, but if you want to enjoy some quiet time, this may not be the best place. The food and staff, however, is amazing.

YOSHI JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
I’ve been coming to Yoshi for years and am very impressed with how they maintained the quality, consistency and taste of their food all this time. Food always tastes the same as when I had it last. At times, wait could be long; but the food quality always trumps the wait. Staff also have great customer service.
This is easily the best sushi spot in Elk Grove. Amazing food, fair price point. Good service. High quality. This place never disappoints. They are small so hard to get in sometimes and the atmosphere is good just quaint. Highly recommend this spot. Ordering to go is good too, So I can still get in.
Always great quality sushi with awesome service! The wait can be long (up to 45-60min at lunch or dinner) so don't go here and expect quick food. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

FUJIYA REVIEWS
Fujiya, the environment and atmosphere was calm for the lunch time which made it very nice and intimate. Lunch was with my lovely ladies of my house. We all got something different since this was our very first time being in here. The soy wrapped sushi was a nice twist in sushi roll that allowed for more of the fish flavor to come through. The fried mushrooms were absolutely next level. The firecracker sushi roll was dressed up so beautifully that it was hard to eat it as we messed up the food art. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this place. The place will be nice to see for a dinner time experience as well.
Group of 7, including 3 kids. They didn't seat us until 80% of group was there. But they served us sake as we waited. The atmosphere was modern and clean but also welcoming. Service was fantastic, efficient and friendly. The food was moderately priced and so fresh. Got oysters, gyoza, bbq albacore, rolls (they have a rice free one!), tonkatsu ramen, bento box, and hotate sashimi (with fresh wasabi!) We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: So accommodating and attentive to kids, always made sure they had water in kid friendly cups. Made suggestions for kid friendly options.
First time here, great food including appetizers and sushi rolls. We even requested a modification on one of the rolls, and they accommodated us. Super busy on a Tuesday night for 2, we waited about 20 minutes before getting seated but it wasnt too bad. Good customer service too. Great new sushi restaurant.
