SHOGUN JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Ate sushi, tried multiple rolls and they were all some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. We were seated at an incredibly busy time, and our server was running around the whole restaurant. Despite this, Ester provided an exceptional experience and was incredibly kind. Now one of our favorite places to eat in Lincoln. If you ask us, Ester is among the best servers we’ve come across in her ability to manage tons of tables at once without compromising quality. 10/10 restaurant, food, and customer service.

We placed a very large carryout order for a family gathering. The team at Shogun had every order correct, perfectly packaged and labeled, and excellently prepared. The staff was cheerful and helped carry everything to the car. Once we arrived at our destination, because of the packaging, we had everyone with their meal within minutes. The food was still warm and tasteful.

We were visiting Lincoln to see our daughter and she took us here. They had a large selection on the menu, it was fun and entertaining watching our food cook. We ordered appetizers which we shouldn’t have because you get a lot of food. Food was great and the service was amazing. We would definitely go back.

KOEN JAPANESE BBQ & SUSHI REVIEWS

This is the second time my husband and I have eaten at Koen and it was a great experience! Food was amazing! My only gripe is, we sat in a booth and it was a tight squeeze (no leg room) and I am 5’ 6” tall and 140 lbs to give you reference, I recommend a table option. And they do like to celebrate birthdays here so if you are not prone to seizures then I also recommend to close your eyes (flashing strobe lights).

Koen offers some of the most affordable delicious classic grill-at-your-table Asian BBQ I have had anywhere and am so pleased to find some so close to home. Their stunning atmosphere and generous staff make dining here an elevated experience for a non-elevated ticket price. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The restaurant atmosphere was great. I like our waitress Titi was very sweet. The only comment was Sushi. I like them, but my husband said he would only give the sushi 4 stars. The BBQ was awesome, meat are soft and tasty. We all enjoyed it very much.

Great neighborhood spot for lots of great Asian dishes. Good for sushi, bento boxes, Korean dishes, udon noodles and my favorite the poke bowls are absolutely delicious!!! The poke bowls are on a separate menu that you can create your own bowl. They are super fun to create and just are loaded with flavors and texture. I highly recommend the poke bowls.

We had Michelle as our waitress and she did amazing! We took awhile to order and decide but she was very patient. She also recommended the fried ice cream which was delicious!!! Food came in a timely matter and it was a cute place to visit. High recommend and will go again.

Great service and excellent sushi. Was there with a group, including kids, and our server offered great options for the kids if they didn't want sushi and some kid friendly sushi suggestions if they wanted to try it. All the rolls we ordered were delicious. I highly suggest the Triple Threat, it was amazing. They also offer take out.
