By far the best hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been to. We (wife and 3 small kids) go here often. Food is always excellent. Chefs are friendly and entertaining. Drinks are great. Service is always great. It gets busy here so call ahead.

A great experience especially for a date night or birthday party, all the food is cooked from scratch in front of you and each group has one chef to cook. But in my opinion the price is a bit exaggerated.

It was the first time we had experience for Hibachi , we loved what we had and enjoyed with cook show thanks.

Just visited for the 1st time early today and not only was the food great and but so was the custom service! They gave us free ice cream after our lunch which was a very sweet gesture. High recommend their lunch specials.

They make you feel truly just accepted, so unbelievably sweet and nice and overall great people. Great energy, great food, and given today’s economy great prices. HIGHLY recommend and five stars aren’t enough.

Sushi was amazing! Tasted fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and vibes were great. Went on a Friday evening and the restaurant was decently packed but not crazy. Great service as well.

Taka Japanese has been my go-to spot for over 10 years, and it remains a must-visit destination even after I moved back to NYC. The owner, Amy, is incredibly warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like coming home. But what truly sets Taka apart is the unparalleled freshness and flavor of their sushi. Their expertise is unmatched, and I firmly believe that Taka Japanese should be recognized as an international destination for sushi lovers.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Try their specials like the Kumamoto oysters which were swimming in a touch of wasabi liquid and beautifully briny. The Kinmedai (specially flown in from Japan) over a rice soaked in soy sauce was very good too.

I had a wonderful experience at Taka. The staff was super friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. This is one of my favorite spots to come to whenever i’m craving Japanese. The freshness of everything is the reason why I come back every-time.
