Nudo Ramen House is a hip Japanese bar/eatery with graphic art & communal tables offering a ramen-centric menu & hot sake. This is the kind of downtown small restaurant dining experience you hope to find. They have incredible drinks, a massive list of appetizers and skewers, and an atmosphere that is relaxing and cool. They do have great ramen. One of the unique concepts of the restaurant is the primary community seating. Their menu specialty is the Pho soups, and they have about 6 to choose from. NUDO's partners Jing has decided that what she always missed when coming home was the food. The interior is a mix of Japan fresh, clean lines, and an open street-side feel. The food is thoughtful, simple, and will surely please every palette. The full bar and ever-growing sake menu complete the experience. They specialize in all things ramen. They also accommodate to-go food for the large hotels in the neighborhood.

King of Ramen Spokane is an understated strip-mall restaurant serving up bowls of Japanese ramen noodles with ample toppings. This ramen restaurant is hidden in a strip mall just off Division. The place is bright with natural light. King of Ramen is the best ramen place in the Spokane area. The food is fresh, servings are generous, and the flavors. King of Ramen Spokane restaurant is clean with plenty of parking. They also give you really large portions at a good price. They have savory broths and great topping options like chashu, jammy egg, sweet corn, minced meat. They do have other side dishes like gyoza, Japanese fried chicken, spring rolls, fried tofu, and edamame. Their Karaage is very crispy, and tonkatsu ramen is full of flavor with great broth.

Sukiyaki Inn is the oldest restaurant in the Spokane area. They have been around for 70 years, serving strictly authentic Japanese appetizers, entrees, and sushi. The business has been in the family for a couple of decades. The owner of the restaurant migrated from Japan and found herself eventually working for the previous owner. The Japanese woman who ran the restaurant then taught Emiko, the current owner, how to cook, run the restaurant, and be strong. Sukiyaki Inn restaurant delivers in terms of real Japanese food. Their highest quality is their courtesy and professionalism. They offer wonderful privacy to the dining booths and even have a bar. The private tanuki rooms are perfect for dinner with friends.
