Very creative and talented sushi Chef! Freshest sushi around. Owner is in most nights and has a stellar team of managers, waitstaff and bartenders. Everyone is very friendly, with staff routinly remembering your name, favorite food and drink. Overall great restaurant.

“Great spot for delicious sushi and flavorful General Chicken! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and packed with great taste. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Great Hibachi restaurant! Fast and Friendly service. I had the Scallops and Filet Hibachi combo and it tasted amazing. I'm definitely going back. More Sake more Fun.

ICHIBAN EAST LONGMEADOW REVIEWS

Well when I’m craving sushi and want to spend more than an hour of pure gluttony, I dine at Ichiban. Friendly smiles and all you can eat. Please be careful to finish your food, if you’re the type that eats with your eyes. You will get full fast and don’t want to waste what you ordered. Always ready for a nap after we eat here LOL.

This was a last minute double date spot and it did not fall short. What a great restaurant! Service was quick, food was stellar, and the price is reasonable for what you get. My party of 4 all did the all-you can eat sushi, and it was totally worth it. Great for sharing and trying new items. Highly recommend the Tiffany roll.

We just had lunch here and the food is amazing! We used to eat at Haya but we enjoyed it way more here! The sushi is so fresh and delicious and they are more welcoming . The owner is soo friendly and provided excellent service!! Highly recommend.

SUMO JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE & SUSHI BAR REVIEWS

I had a great time at this hibachi restaurant! The chefs Nanang was fun and entertaining, putting on a lively show while cooking right in front of us. The food was fresh and flavorful—especially the steak and shrimp combo. The fried rice was delicious, and the portions were generous. It’s a great spot for a fun night out with friends or family. Would definitely go back.

This was our second visit to Sumo. The food was just as great as the first visit. Its good to have consistency at a restaurant. The waitstaff was very attentive. Our hibachi chef, Gandhi, was an absolute delight! If you decide to visit this establishment, please ask Gandhi to he your chef. You won't be disappointed. Our meals were cooked to perfection and he was hilarious to boot! Do yourself a favor and have a bite to eat here instead of the food court.

Our waiter and our hibachi chef was amazing! We absolutely loved Nanang he was welcoming and his singing was amazing! We had a blast with him. And the good was amazing thank you Nanang and Mariah.
