KASHI REVIEWS
Service is extremely good. Never an unpleasant experience. Attentive of empty dishware and drinks at every turn. Helpful menu info. Immaculate and vibrant dining setup. Smooth ambience and hot bass music. Kashi will always be my favorite restaurant in Stamford.
The service was great and friendly. I asked what was the spiciest sushi roll and got it. Also got to try a bit of the fish and veggies which I enjoyed as well. Calamari was great and the sauces were not too salty or bland. Lastly, great music selection throughout the night.
Best Sushi and Sashimi in the area hands down. Service is on point and the food preparation and presentation is on another level. So beautiful, so fresh and the unique sauces and combinations make this a must try. My large party have had a great time everytime we choose Kashi for dinner.

KYUSHU RAMEN AND SUSHI REVIEWS
Came for the spicy ramen & they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was filled w/ flavor, tender noodles, and good veggie to both ratio. My ramen had a lot of onions but my sisters didn’t so a little bit of inconsistency. The edamame was also on point w/ a little bit of a kick.
The absolute best ramen I have had in CT. The portion size was just right. The flavors that burst in your mouth from all of the ingredients are unexplainable! The soy egg omg ... amazing. Perfect comfort food and great service.
Awesome food, nice service. The food is very consistent, and they have great lunch special pricing! Their poke bowls are amazing, and the chicken Karage bao bun is the best I've ever eaten.

Kotobuki offers a variety of traditional Japanese dishes, including sushi, prepared by their experienced chef Masa Sato, who has been serving "fresh ocean sushi" for many years. The restaurant features a selection of beverages, such as sakés, wines, and beers. Additionally, their menu includes an assortment of Japanese appetizers, such as negimaki and broiled rainbow trout, as well as classic dishes like tempura and barbecue. One of their signature rolls, "Masa," is made using spicy tuna and cucumber wrapped inside with white tuna and scallion and topped with spicy wasabi tobiko. Try the Rainbow Roll if you want a visually appealing option, as it combines yellowtail, tuna, salmon, white fish, and avocado wrapped inside out. To start your meal with a light and flavorful soup, try the gyoza soup, which features three dumplings in a chicken broth, similar to traditional Chinese wontons.

KOTOBUKI JAPANESE CUISINE REVIEWS
Really impressed with the quality of fish and service at this spot. Not a lot of dinner traffic - so I was suspicious. But the sashimi, service and sake were superlative! In short - great spot for a great Japanese meal! Will definitely be back.
Love Kotobuki. The food is fresh. Great variety. Staff is excellent. And they also have great saki list. The owner is always behind the sushi bar, which is awesome. The atmosphere is always inviting, quiet, peaceful. It’s a hideaway in Stamford my husband and I love. Highly recommend.
Outstanding delicious "mom and pop" Japanese food served in an authentic looking Japanese establishment. Wonderful decorations on the wall showcasing Japanese culture , wooden furniture, intimate setting. Staff comes out to greet you. Great location for dates or even for the whole family (bigger tables towards the back) Food was delicious!! I had a steak dish with a scallop sushi roll... perfection! Parking in the rear as well.
