Nakato Japanese Restaurant

One of Atlanta's landmark restaurants that I have neglected to visit until now. I never visited the old locations, but their current location was well thought out and designed. The food and service were excellent. Shared between all of us were: tamago sashimi, baked mussels, veggie tempura, calamari tempura, tuna tartare, miso soups, kara age, shisho, sunshine roll, and nigiri sushi flight. All of our selections were most excellent. As well as our adult beverage selections. Service was excellent.

I've had sushi all over the world, including in Japan, and the food here is just about the best I've ever had. The specials for the sushi and the mushrooms were one in a million, great Bento menu, and incredible selection of fish. This is a place I'd come back to again and again!!

The food came quickly, and it was all delicious and perfectly made. The waiter was very attentive, and the sushi chefs at the bar were very knowledgeable and answered my questions easily.
