“Midpoint Memorial Bridge's unique name derives from its location, positioned roughly between the Caloosahatchee Bridge to the North and the Cape Coral Bridge to the South. The bridge boasts six lanes, three stand lanes attending to eastbound and westbound traffic, and electronic toll collection capabilities. On average, the bridge sees approximately 20,000 toll-paying vehicles, with an annual traffic volume of around 7,400,000 cars. The Midpoint Memorial Bridge also features Horton Park and a boat ramp at the end of the Everest Parkway. Situated one and a quarter miles from shore, it serves as a crucial East/West Corridor connecting Fort Myers and Cape Coral, meeting the region's transportation needs.”
