"Four Freedoms Park includes a 3,900-square-foot multipurpose facility that offers recreational programs for younger and older people. Four Freedoms Park has a brand-new, white shelter with picnic tables, a sandy beach, and a wonderful playground. A large grassy field is perfect for throwing a frisbee, having a picnic on a blanket, or taking a little snooze. In the park, there is a large picnic area, athletic fields, and open green space. The playgrounds are available for visitors to recreate.

2026 Update: Four Freedoms Park features a welcoming waterfront setting along Bimini Basin, where visitors can enjoy peaceful views. The park also includes a shaded splash area designed for children, offering a safe and enjoyable place for water play and helping kids stay cool during hot weather. The park features spacious grassy areas and recreational zones that are well-suited for informal outdoor activities, group gatherings, and community events."

JAYCEE PARK REVIEWS

Located in SE Cape, Jaycee Park is a breath of fresh air for our ever-expanding city. Its calming and peaceful atmosphere is appreciated and loved by the locals. Jaycee has plenty of complementary parking spots, most of which overlook the Caloosahatchee River— the perfect place to watch the sun rise! It has a walking path through the park and a shoreline trail to walk with your friends or dog. A clean and safe playground kids love, shelters with tables, shady trees, picnic benches, bbq grills, restrooms, and even a little library. Jaycee is a must visit while you are in Cape!.

This is one of my favorite spots in Cape Coral. The combination of trees and water from the Caloosahatchee River is very relaxing. It looks beautiful not matter if it is a sunny or a raining day. It is sad that the city wants to transform/destroy this place.

First park after moving here 2 days ago and we love it! Is about a half mile around the whole park. It's absolutely beautiful!.

ROTARY PARK ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER REVIEWS

Rotary Park is a hidden gem in our community—a truly peaceful spot that feels like a little escape into nature. The dog park section is a favorite of ours, not just for our pup, but for the great crowd of regulars we’ve gotten to know over time. It’s got a warm, welcoming vibe every time we visit. The conservation staff do an amazing job caring for native plant species, and walking the trails reminds me of Florida’s natural beauty at its finest. And here’s a fun bonus—on Friday mornings, they let their tortoise (we think his name is Captain!) out for a stroll. It’s little touches like that that make Rotary Park such a special place. Highly recommend!.

Gorgeous and beautifully maintained park. Went for the first time today with my Freckles and enjoyed our walk very much. The butterfly garden, the pond, the path and the views are just a nice change from other parks in the area. Will be signing him up for the dog park as well!.

This place is so breathtaking this is my second time here. There's an iguana that is named Green Day. He is amazing. Beautiful park for the kids, very nice trail with a 3 story loft you and look around. Oh and u can't forget the dog park it's so big everything is so nice and peaceful.

FOUR FREEDOMS PARK REVIEWS

This park is fantastic, and it's not even finished yet! There's a section that is more for little kids play area that's currently open. There's several picnic tables available, and it is fenced in. Just outside at the fence, there's a lake and a sandy beach! There, there is a small walking trail and barbecue pits in the distance. There's a public restroom, just inside and a facility where you can rent out for a birthday parties that is air conditioned. There's also a preschool located here! Signs state the park is dog friendly. Can't wait for the rest of the playground to be complete.

Went for the Sunset Fest vendor event and enjoyed myself. Saw lots of cool jewelry pieces, listened to some music and just enjoyed a nice walk with my dog. The view of the marina is beautiful and the park is very well maintained.

Nice simple park for the kids and it's fenced off so none can run or get lost. There is a school next to it that is amazing and took very good care of my child while she was there as well. They doom hangouts and parent event there as well too.
