Sci-Tech Discovery Center is an Interactive museum in Frisco, TX. The Museum focuses on science, math, and technology, including computers and anatomy. Sci-Tech opened its doors in Frisco with generous support from the City of Frisco Community Development Corporation, foundations, many corporate sponsors, and individuals. They provide hands-on discovery experiences in science, math, and technology to kids of all ages and backgrounds. Their educators travel to groups around North Texas to offer TEKS-aligned programs during and after school. Many programs are presented over several weeks, months, or years to build and strengthen the skills and confidence and promote STEM pathways for high school and beyond. Sci-Tech serves more than 50,000 visitors on-site and off-site each year, and many participants are kids in targeted outreach programs in underserved areas.

Frisco Public Library is one of the most prominent libraries in Frisco, TX, established in 1992. The Library consists of a collection of books stored in a small building on Main Street in the city. Frisco Public Library's mission is to inspire intellect, curiosity, and imagination in every visitor in person and online. This early Library consisted of a team of volunteers who checked books in and out, shelved materials, and created Frisco’s first children’s summer reading program. The Frisco Public Library was built from the ground up by a team of trustworthy citizens dedicated to the spirit of literacy and intellectual freedom.
