“Mayborn Science Theater is one of the famous Theater in Killeen, TX. The Theater was established in 2003 and named in honor of Frank W. and Sue Mayborn. Their Theater can hold 180 people and show digital productions on a 360-degree screen. Their goal is to provide their community a unique experience from the moment they walk through their doors. They were established as a traditional planetarium, and their main goal is still informal science education to schools and the public. Mayborn Science Theater has a 60-foot domed screen at Central Texas College showing educational star shows and 3-D laser shows. If you are interested in scheduling a birthday party or event, they do that too.
