A lot of companies will take advantage of older customers, but Down To Earth Landscaping was completely transparent about the estimate and timeframe in which the project would be completed. This landscaper kept timelines for providing estimates and finishing the work. They were easy to reach by phone or email and communicated frequently. Their attitude was always professional and friendly. And they did great work on an extensive French Drain for a fair price, while looking out for my bottom line. After dealing with other companies that were non-responsive or lacked follow-through, this company was pleasure to work with for a change.
