3 Best Pest Control Companies in Columbus, GA

I want to show some love to Eric Donaldson, he is the Regional Manager for Knox Pest Control in GA. I posted a review two days ago and immediately received a call from Eric to address my concerns. He scheduled an appointment with me and was at my home yesterday to address them. As a student of business I must say that customer service is my biggest concern. I strongly believe that if the customers is not satisfied the company will not be prosperous and shouldn’t be. Eric is very professional and I can discern that he is very genuine about his service to his customers. He gave me his personal phone number and told me to save it. He made my concerns his. Eric I want to thank you again for your attention to detail and your efforts to resolve my concerns. Most of all I want to thank you for your humility. Customer service at its best!!! Definitely 5 star.

We have been using Knox for a few years now and have been pleased with the service. Lee is the best and always exceeds our expectations. He is friendly, professional and takes the time to check in with us to see if we’ve been having any specific problems. He also takes the time and pays attention to areas where our son plays and has toys stored outside, which I really appreciate.

Romona first came out to our house to set up a service plan for my rental home. Excellent job from her and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. Her service was awesome! I would definitely refer anyone to Knox.

Terminix has always provided excellent service. The technicians are friendly & professional, & always go out of their way to ensure my concerns are met or exceeded. They always notify me a day or 2 prior to their arrival, & ask if there are any issues they need to focus on. They notify me once they have completed the service call. I can sign into their website to see exactly what was completed on the call. I would highly recommend their service.
